Boulder Contracting LLC is a family owned company based in Grundy Center that performs work across the great state of Iowa.  We started in 2012 as a residential concrete company with 4 employees, a mini excavator, a deckover trailer and a Ford F350 rescued from the scrap yard.  Margins were thin, work was scarce but our philosophy remained simple- outwork our competition. 

Days were long, nights were short and weekends were rare.  The amount of caffeine and gas station food that fueled our workdays was obviously unhealthy, arguably dangerous, but we kept moving forward; completing more and more work while reinvesting every dollar possible back into our company.
